You can track your package using your unique tracking ID via the Petjuan Tracking Portal. Updates are refreshed in real time, so you always know where your delivery is.

Choose between picking up at our hub or having your shipment delivered to your door. Courier service is available Jamaica-wide upon request.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary based on location and service type. Local shipments typically arrive within 1–2 business days, while international deliveries range from 3–7 business days.

How are customs duties and taxes handled?

We handle customs clearance for you. Any applicable duties or taxes will be calculated before final delivery so there are no surprises.

Can I change the delivery address after shipping?

Yes, if the package hasn’t left our facility or cleared customs, we can update the delivery address. Just contact our customer service team ASAP.

What happens if I’m not home during delivery?

You’ll receive an attempt notice with options to reschedule, pick up at a nearby location, or authorize leaving the package securely.

Are there size or weight limits?

We accept a wide range of packages. For items over 200lb, please contact us ahead of time so we can ensure safe handling and accurate quoting.

How do I file a claim for lost or damaged shipments?

Submit your claim via our customer support portal with your tracking number and details. We’ll guide you through the process and aim for a swift resolution.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile payment options common in Jamaica such as local mobile wallets.

Terms and Conditions

01 Scope of Service

Petjuan offers shipping, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and optional local delivery services exclusively for packages imported by us on behalf of our clients. We do not provide general courier or third party delivery services.

02 Client Responsibility

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information when requesting shipments.
Ensure all items shipped are legal and properly declared.
Pay all fees, duties, and taxes related to the shipment.
Accept full responsibility for any undeclared or restricted items.

03 Prohibited and Restricted Items

The following items are strictly prohibited:

Illegal drugs or narcotics
Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
Perishable goods unless otherwise agreed
Hazardous materials
Currency, precious metals, or negotiable instruments
Pornographic material or counterfeit goods

We reserve the right to inspect, hold, or report shipments suspected of containing any restricted items.

04 Customs and Duties

All customs documentation will be prepared in accordance with applicable import and export laws.

The client is responsible for any duties, taxes, or penalties imposed by customs authorities.
The company is not liable for delays due to customs clearance or inspections.

05 Delivery Services

Delivery is available only for packages imported by Petjuan.

Delivery requests must be made using the official Delivery Request Form.
Delivery availability is subject to location and schedule.
Packages may be delivered to the client’s door or picked up at our designated location.

We do not offer delivery services for third party or independently imported items.

06 Payment Terms

All shipments and delivery services must be paid in full before release or delivery of the package.
Accepted payment methods include for example cash, card, bank transfer.
Late payments may result in storage fees or non release of goods.

07 Storage and Abandoned Packages

Packages must be collected or scheduled for delivery within for example 14 days of arrival at our warehouse.
After this period, storage fees may apply.
Packages not collected after for example 30 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion.

08 Limitation of Liability

While we take care to handle all shipments responsibly:

Our liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, government restrictions, or incorrect addresses.

09 Claims

All claims for lost or damaged packages must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery or pickup. Claims must include:

Tracking number
Description of items
Proof of value
Photos of any damage if applicable

Claims are reviewed on a case by case basis.

10 Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to:

Non compliance with our policies
Suspicion of illegal activity
Abuse of staff or property

11 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Jamaica and the USA.

Make (relays form submissions to our email).
Set One Technologies and Cloudflare (backend and infrastructure operations).
Our email and IT service providers.
Logistics partners such as couriers or customs brokers when needed to fulfil a shipment.

We require these partners to protect your data and to use it only on our instructions.

International transfers

Because we use global service providers, your data may be processed or stored outside Jamaica (for example, in the United States). We take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection for such transfers.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting duties, after which we delete or anonymize it. We are finalizing a formal retention schedule and will publish the details in this notice once confirmed.
